About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Kolkata team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery across phone, email, and chat channels. Success in this role means delivering accurate information, resolving concerns proactively, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate details about NetCom+ training programs, services, and offerings.
Resolve support issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams.
Maintain detailed documentation of interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.
Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely closure.
Support customers with guidance and clarity throughout the service process.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
What we are looking for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in challenging situations.
Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems (preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles.
