About the Role

The AVP – Account-Based Marketing (ABM) will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of high-impact ABM programs targeting enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts. This role is responsible for building multi-channel ABM motions, accelerating pipeline, and partnering closely with sales leadership to drive measurable revenue impact. Success in this role means owning the ABM playbook, scaling global initiatives, and shaping how Sarder Inc. engages its top-tier accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of ABM programs targeting enterprise and high-value accounts.
  • Build account segmentation, tiering, and personalized engagement strategies using intent and behavioral data.
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns across ads, email, events, content, direct mail, and conversational marketing.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams to ensure tight alignment on ICP, account prioritization, and revenue targets.
  • Implement and manage ABM platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, Demand base, Terminus, and conversational tools like Drift.
  • Drive seamless orchestration across marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Dynamics/HubSpot).
  • Evaluate ABM performance, including pipeline contribution, engagement heat maps, deal velocity, and ROI.
  • Build dashboards and provide leadership-level insights using analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and CRM reports.
  • Create playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to scale ABM initiatives across global regions.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, reporting cadences, and cross-functional communication.

What We Are Looking For

Functional Skills & Expertise

  • Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, and enterprise-level marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of intent data, predictive modeling, and multi-channel ABM orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demand base, Bombora, Terminus, and marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional project management and ability to execute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ABM or enterprise marketing, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of running large-scale ABM initiatives with measurable revenue impact.
