About the Role
The Partner Development Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and managing strategic partner relationships. This position focuses on pipeline development, partner readiness, and revenue enablement through structured engagement, consistent follow-ups, and collaborative planning. Success in this role includes strengthening partnerships, accelerating deal cycles, and working cross-functionally with CRM, marketing, and sales operations.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to drive growth.
Lead demand generation activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and coordinated campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales teams to review partner pipelines, prioritize opportunities, and support revenue acceleration.
Achieve meeting cadence goals and performance metrics through cross-team coordination.
Conduct pre-meeting activities including outreach preparation, scheduling, and research.
Document meeting notes, define action items, and ensure follow-up accountability.
Manage partner and client data in CRM systems for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Maintain strong engagement rhythm through regular reviews and performance tracking.
Work closely with CRM, marketing, and sales teams to align partnership strategies.

Education & Experience

3–6 years experience working with the US market.
