Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise consulting sales, particularly in AI, analytics, or digital transformation services. The ideal candidate is a strategic seller who excels at building relationships with C-level stakeholders and closing high-value, consultative deals.
Key Responsibilities
•Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and solution positioning to contract closure—for AI adoption services.
•Develop and maintain a robust pipeline across mid-market and large enterprises.
•Engage with CXOs and senior technology leaders to identify and shape AI transformation opportunities.
•Partner with delivery and consulting teams to craft tailored proposals and value propositions.
•Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
•Experience: Minimum 10+ years in enterprise/consulting sales of AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
•Expertise: Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value technology or consulting engagements.
•Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to work independently, drive strategy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
