Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our AI Labs – CRM Pod. The role involves gathering business requirements, optimizing CRM processes, supporting implementation, and ensuring system adoption. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements
•
Collaborate with tech teams on CRM customization and implementation
•
Improve CRM processes for Sales, Marketing & Support teams
•
Conduct UAT and define test cases
•
Develop training materials and support user adoption
•
Generate CRM reports and dashboards
•
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
•
Stay updated with D365 CRM features and enhancements
Mandatory Skills:
•
4+ years as a Business Analyst (preferably in D365 CRM)
•
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
•
Strong requirement gathering & documentationskills
•
Experience with CRM customization, workflows, Power Automate & Power Apps
•
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
•
Knowledge of Agile methodology and project documentation
