About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Subject Matter Expert / Corporate Trainer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 to deliver high-quality training for enterprise clients. This role will focus on training delivery, leading PoCs, building automation use-cases, and developing scalable training frameworks that improve enterprise adoption of AI productivity tools.
Success in this role means delivering impactful learning experiences, guiding organizations through AI adoption, and creating solutions that help clients scale the use of Copilot and M365 across their teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 to enterprise audiences.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) demonstrating AI use cases, workflow optimization, and Copilot-driven productivity improvements.
  • Build customized training programs and learning paths tailored to client environments and workforce needs.
  • Create automation use-cases leveraging M365, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot to support scalable adoption.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and help clients understand best practices for Copilot deployment and governance.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to identify training needs, skill gaps, and adoption barriers.
  • Develop training assets, documentation, demos, and reusable content for scalable delivery models.
  • Provide post-training support, track learner progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product enhancements, AI capabilities, and digital workplace trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and improve training quality.

What We Are Looking For:

Functional Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
  • Proven experience in corporate training, solution architecting, or technical consulting.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver training to diverse enterprise users.
  • Experience creating tailored learning programs, training materials, and user adoption frameworks.
  • Exposure to automation and workflow optimization within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive adoption-oriented conversations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Microsoft certifications such as:
  • MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
  • AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Power Platform certifications (preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate training, cloud engineering, digital workplace consulting, or DevOps with M365.
  • Prior experience delivering enterprise-level training is strongly preferred.
