About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving subscription growth for NetCom+. This position focuses on pipeline generation by identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise and mid-market prospects. Success in this role means consistently booking high-quality demos, qualifying sales-ready opportunities, and partnering closely with the sales and marketing teams to accelerate revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
  • Research and identify high-potential enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Build targeted contact lists of IT, L&D, HR leaders, and functional decision-makers.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone using personalized messaging.
  • Engage prospects to understand business needs, training challenges, and decision timelines.
  • Qualify leads using BANT or agreed qualification frameworks before handoff to sales.
  • Schedule and book qualified meetings and product demos for the Subscription Sales team.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales-ready opportunities aligned with monthly targets.
  • Track outreach-to-meeting and meeting-to-opportunity conversion metrics.
  • Log all prospecting activities, notes, and deal stages accurately in the CRM.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM data for reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads from webinars, campaigns, and free certification programs.
  • Partner with Subscription Specialists to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an SDR / Inside Sales professional in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or EdTech.
