About the Role
The Vendor Partnerships & Alliances Manager will lead and scale strategic alliances within the Cisco or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS ecosystem. This role is responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, VARs, OEMs, and alliance partners to drive revenue growth and partner-led go-to-market success.
Success in this role will be measured by partner activation, program participation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

What You Will Do
- Lead strategic partnerships across Cisco / GCP / AWS ecosystems
- Manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs), VARs, OEMs, and channel partners
- Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and activation for joint business outcomes
- Identify and execute vendor programs, initiatives, and partner tracks
- Develop and implement partner-led go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and training teams to align partner opportunities
- Enable partners through training and certification-led solutions
- Act as the subject-matter expert on vendor ecosystems and partner operating models
- Track and report partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Strengthen long-term strategic relationships to support scalable growth
What We Are Looking For
Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in Cisco OR Google Cloud (GCP) OR AWS
- Proven experience managing SI, GSI, VAR, OEM, and channel partnerships
- Deep understanding of vendor programs, partner incentives, and ecosystem models
- Ability to translate vendor strategy into executable partner outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem management
- Experience working within a vendor organization or closely with vendor ecosystems
- Exposure to training, enablement, or certification-led partner models is a strong plus
