About the Role

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new business for NetCom Learning’s IT training and certification solutions, primarily targeting SMB clients in the US market. This role involves end-to-end B2B outbound sales—from prospecting and lead generation to consultative selling and deal closure.Success in this role is defined by consistently achieving revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and positioning NetCom Learning as a trusted workforce upskilling partner.

What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and identify SMB clients with IT training and workforce upskilling needs through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and outbound digital channels.
  • Execute disciplined B2B outbound sales activities to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery and needs-analysis conversations to understand client challenges, skill gaps, and business objectives.
  • Recommend relevant training solutions, including technical courses, certification programs, and customized learning paths.
  • Present NetCom Learning’s value proposition, including flexible delivery models, hands-on labs, and post-training support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and IT decision-makers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, enrollment, and new logo acquisition targets.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, deal size, and client satisfaction metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

Functional Skills:

  • Strong B2B outbound sales capability with hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proven consultative selling approach with the ability to align solutions to client business needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders in the US market.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with IT training, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or certification ecosystems is preferred.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within IT services, training, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the US market.
