About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager – AI & Generative AI to lead and orchestrate large-scale AI programs across engineering, data science, product, and business teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, from strategic planning to execution and governance, ensuring the successful delivery of complex AI and Generative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and senior stakeholders. This role is 50% functional and 50% technical, requiring both program leadership and technical awareness of modern AI systems.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI programs, including RAG systems, LLM applications, and agentic workflows.
  • Define program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, product, cloud, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish strong program governance, risk management, and issue resolution frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements into structured program plans in collaboration with product managers and technical leads.
  • Manage multiple concurrent AI initiatives and ensure alignment across programs.
  • Track delivery KPIs, budget, resources, and timelines, and report program status to leadership.
  • Drive Agile / Hybrid delivery practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe across AI teams.
  • Support enterprise deployments, go-to-market readiness, and large-scale AI solution rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, Responsible AI, and governance standards.

What We Are Looking For

Functional Skills

  • Strong program management and delivery leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
  • Ability to manage program risks, dependencies, and change management effectively.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG architectures, model lifecycle, and MLOps.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services such as Azure OpenAI or SageMaker.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects on technical delivery.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Management.
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology programs, preferably involving AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or Generative AI products.
  • Exposure to multi-agent AI systems, AI platforms, or data-intensive programs.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI, enterprise data governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
