About the Role
The HRBP (Specialist) plays a hands-on role in supporting business teams through employee engagement initiatives, employee relations support, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and HR reporting. This role requires strong execution skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage employee queries efficiently while supporting HRBP Managers in day-to-day HR operations. Success in this role is defined by timely execution, strong communication, and accurate HR data management.

What You Will Do
Employee Engagement & Surveys
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives as per the engagement calendar
  • Support administration of employee engagement and pulse surveys, including coordination, data collation, and follow-ups
  • Assist in organizing open houses, all-hands meetings, townhalls, and engagement events
  • Track participation, feedback, and action items from engagement initiatives
Employee Relations & Performance Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related requests
  • Support performance discipline conversations by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and coordinating follow-ups
  • Assist in handling employee concerns and conflicts under the guidance of the HRBP Manager
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation, and induction support
  • Support offboarding activities, exit interviews, and consolidation of feedback
HR Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and trackers
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data, engagement metrics, and reporting timelines
  • Support analysis related to engagement scores, attrition, and employee feedback
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with HRBP Managers and cross-functional HR teams
  • Ensure timely communication and closure of HR action items
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven approach

What We Are Looking For
  • Hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and pulse surveys
  • Exposure to employee relations and performance discipline support
  • Experience supporting open houses, townhalls, all-hands meetings, and engagement events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be quick on feet, responsive, and execution-focused
  • High attention to detail with comfort in HR data and reporting
Essential Technical Skills
  • MS Word: HR documentation, letters, and communications
  • MS Excel: MIS, trackers, data collation, and analysis (mandatory)
  • MS PowerPoint: Presentations, engagement updates, and survey summaries

Education & Experience
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 3–6 years of relevant Human Resources experience
