About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Manager who will drive the performance of the recruitment team and ensure timely, high-quality hiring across functions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, create effective job descriptions, manage end-to-end recruitment, and close positions efficiently. Success in this role means strong stakeholder partnerships, improved recruiter productivity, streamlined hiring processes, and consistent closures.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive the performance, productivity, and delivery of the recruitment team.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
  • Create and refine job descriptions aligned with role expectations and market standards.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
  • Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
  • Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement and improve recruitment systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, recruiter productivity, and closures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Keka – HIRO).
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.
What We Are Looking For:
Functional Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve recruiter performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and offer-closing capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, effective job descriptions.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on system and data accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools (Keka – HIRO preferred).
Education & Experience
  • MBA / Master’s in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a people-management role.
  • Experience hiring for corporate, Non-IT, or EdTech roles is preferred.
