About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage AR operations for the USA region. This role involves handling invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Accounts Receivable module, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
What You Will Do
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and within timelines
  • Manage collections and follow up with US customers through emails and calls
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Identify, analyze, and correct MIS reporting issues
  • Maintain accurate AR records and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, compliance standards, and company policies
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong experience working in Accounts Receivable (AR module)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, dedicated, and reliable
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
  • Experience handling US region accounts is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in night/US shift timings
  • Self-motivated and deadline-driven mindset
Qualifications
  • B.Com (Mandatory)
  • 2–3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
