About the Role
As Sales Leader – APAC, you will lead regional revenue growth for NetCom+ by driving strategic sales initiatives across Academic Institutions and Enterprise customers. This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with people leadership, requiring you to build, coach, and scale a high-performing Business Development team across the APAC market.
You will be responsible for developing scalable GTM strategies, driving pipeline and forecast discipline, closing strategic partnerships, and expanding long-term revenue opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by quota attainment, team performance, customer acquisition, and market expansion across the region.

What You Will Do:
- Own and drive APAC revenue targets across Academic and Enterprise segments
- Build and execute scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for regional growth
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of approximately 10 Business Development Managers
- Drive new logo acquisition and strategic partnership development
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for strategic and high-value opportunities
- Lead negotiations with enterprise customers, universities, and institutional stakeholders
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and deal inspections
- Implement structured account planning and consultative selling methodologies
- Ensure CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline coverage discipline
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on demand generation campaigns and events
- Partner with Product and Program teams to align offerings with customer requirements
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, University Leaders, Deans, and Provosts
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities across APAC
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience in B2B sales, revenue leadership, and team management
- Proven track record of selling EdTech, SaaS, or platform-based solutions
- Experience selling to Higher Education Institutions and Enterprise customers
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong understanding of Academic sales cycles and Enterprise buying processes
- Ability to lead consultative and value-based selling engagements
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-scaling environments
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
