Senior Project Manager – Global Operations (Startup Environment)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and builds structure where none exists. This role will own end-to-end execution of global programs across multilingual, multi-stakeholder environments while helping design scalable systems for a growing organization.
This is not a maintenance role — it is a build-and-scale mandate.
You will work closely with founders, clients, and cross-functional teams to operationalize strategy, drive quality, and create repeatable delivery frameworks.
What You’ll Own
1️⃣ End-to-End Program Execution
Lead complex, multi-region projects from kickoff to final delivery.
Manage multilingual or multi-market releases with tight timelines.
Create execution roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Track KPIs: quality, turnaround time, resource utilization, cost efficiency.
2️⃣ Build Scalable Processes
Design SOPs, reporting structures, and dashboards from scratch.
Standardize workflows across distributed teams.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual friction.
Continuously refine processes as scale increases.
3️⃣ Quality & Delivery Governance
Implement structured QA checkpoints.
Define measurable performance metrics.
Proactively identify risk areas and implement mitigation plans.
Maintain delivery excellence even during rapid growth phases.
4️⃣ Team & Vendor Coordination
Manage project coordinators, freelancers, and vendor networks.
Plan resource allocation dynamically.
Mentor junior team members and improve team efficiency.
Act as execution anchor across departments.
5️⃣ Founder & Client Interface
Translate high-level strategic discussions into actionable plans.
Provide structured updates to leadership.
Handle complex stakeholder communication confidently.
Manage escalations with calm, data-backed decisions.
Ideal Profile
5–8 years in project or program management.
Experience in localization, digital content, SaaS, EdTech, or platform-driven operations preferred.
PMP®, CAPM®, or equivalent certification is a plus (not mandatory in startup context).
Comfortable working without rigid hierarchy.
Strong analytical thinking with structured communication style.
Experience implementing PM tools (Asana, Zoho, Jira, etc.).
