About the Role:

Your role entails crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Drawing from your extensive experience in B2B environments, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are finely tuned to our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and drive hands-on execution of marketing campaigns, including events, digital, email, social media, and content marketing.

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging marketing tools such as landing pages, brochures, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to provide insights and actionable optimizations for marketing strategies.

 • Product Launches: Assist in the coordination of new course/product launches, including the development of launch plans, timelines, and promotional activities.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and derive insights to improve campaign performance.

• Customer Engagement: Support/drive initiatives to engage & nurture leads via channels like Email & LinkedIn H2H; and gather feedback to improve marketing strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives.

 • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing marketing assets, and maintaining resource repositories.

• Flexibility & Proactiveness: Take part in other NetCom Learning initiatives as they arise and as directed by NL leadership

 

Measurable KPIs:

 • Primary KPI for performance evaluation will be Lead Generation

• Additional dynamic KPIs may be assigned based on campaign requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 + years of proven experience as a Product Marketing or similar role in an B2B environment. 
  • Highly motivated energetic self-starter, passionate with a strong vision on where the EdTech Industry is headed. 
  • Ability to quickly learn product features, and benefits and educate others. 
  • Able to wear multiple hats.
