world-class, vendor-agnostic training and certifications for professionals across
industries. We're seeking an innovative leader to drive our eLearning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development: Lead the design and continuous improvement of rolebased, modular certification programs in AI, blockchain, and related fields.
• Platform Management: Oversee the eLearning platform, optimizing for mobile, AIdriven personalization, and seamless LMS integration.
• Content Delivery: Ensure effective delivery of live and on-demand courses, working
with AI CERTs Certified Trainers (AICT) and partners.
• Assessment & Certification: Manage secure online assessments, AI-powered
proctoring, and certification credibility through compliance with ISO/IEC
17024:2012.
• Learner Engagement: Build a global learning community, driving engagement
through gamification, interactive forums, and events.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech,
support) to align the eLearning experience with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in eLearning leadership, curriculum design, or educational technology.
• Experience with LMS platforms, mobile learning, and AI-driven personalization.
• Strong background in managing certification programs and online assessments.
• Proven ability to scale eLearning platforms globally.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
