🎯 What You’ll Do

🔹 Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership Hiring

  • Build a hiring roadmap aligned with business growth and future skill needs.
  • Execute sourcing strategies leveraging digital tools, networks, and partnerships.
  • Own recruitment metrics—time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost optimization.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing in-house recruitment team.

🔹 HR Strategy & Operational Excellence

  • Evaluate current HR systems, identify improvement areas, and scale for growth.
  • Standardize HR operations through robust SOPs and compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with department heads to drive people initiatives that support organizational KPIs.

🔹 Performance Management & Organizational Development

  • Design OKRs and continuous feedback systems that align people success with business impact.
  • Enable growth paths, succession planning, and L&D alignment with team goals.

🔹 HR Systems & Digital Transformation

  • Recommend and deploy tools like HRMS, ATS, LMS for automation and efficiency.
  • Use HR analytics to track performance, attrition, hiring velocity, and engagement.

🔹 Culture, Engagement & Leadership Advisory

  • Act as the go-to HR advisor for senior leadership on org development and people strategy.


✅ Who We’re Looking For

  • 10–17 years of HR leadership experience in high-growth tech-driven environments (IT, SaaS, or EdTech).
  • Proven success in HR business partnering, senior-level hiring, and organizational development.
  • Hands-on experience with modern HR technologies (HRMS, ATS, LMS).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
