About the Role:

NetCom Learning is a global leader in IT and business training, helping organizations build future-ready workforces through certification-led learning programs. Our Noida-based marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our campaign execution and event promotions—key drivers of our lead generation engine.

 

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, promote training events/webinars with an aim to generate 300 leads per month, and support lead generation efforts. You’ll be deeply involved in end-to-end event marketing, including launching events, managing event listings, sending out invites/reminders, and promoting through social media and email.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and is looking to grow in a high-impact marketing function.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Marketing & Promotions (Primary Focus)

  • Assist in launching and managing virtual training events, webinars, and masterclasses.
  • Publish and optimize event listings across platforms such as Eventbrite, Townscript, and third-party IT event directories.
  • Coordinate and execute pre-event, reminder, and post-event email campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
  • Drive event registrations through social media promotions (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for event setup, speaker info, creatives, and tech checks.
  • Track, manage, and report on leads generated through events.

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, organic).
  • Schedule and send marketing emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Help with creating social media content calendars and scheduling posts.
  • Conduct basic competitor research and assist in content coordination.

Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups

  • Manage and update lead trackers post-event.
  • Execute lead-churn activities such as follow-up messaging and retargeting coordination.
  • Maintain engagement through automated sequences and manual touchpoints.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or events promotion.
  • Exposure to event marketing, especially in EdTech or training services, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like:
  • ActiveCampaign (email campaigns and automation)
  • Canva or basic design tools (preferred)
  • Social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work with tight deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns/events simultaneously.
  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
