  • Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Canva is a plus
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of video production
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and expand video editing skills
Responsibilities & Context
  1. Video Editing & Course Recording
  • Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product, ensuring high-quality video output for promotional content, tutorials, webinars, and social media posts
  • Assist in course recording shoots, ensuring high-quality video production for in-house studio sessions
  • Maintain consistent visual and audio quality throughout videos
  • Edit raw footage, add visual effects, transitions, and sound to ensure videos meet high creative standards
  1. Creative Support for In-House Studio
  • Support and assist the team during course recording shoots at the in-house studio
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure all technical aspects (lighting, sound, camera angles) are set up correctly
  • Help with video recording and setting up the studio as needed
  1. Content Creation
  • Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers and content writers, to create video content for social media, YouTube, and internal platforms
  • Develop creative video ideas that align with the brand’s voice and marketing goals
  • Ensure content is optimized for different platforms and audiences
  1. Project Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to create video content that supports campaigns and promotions
  • Meet deadlines and ensure that video content is delivered on time
  • Maintain organized video files and archives
  1. Basic Graphic Design
  • Use basic graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva to assist with creating thumbnails, banners, and other visual content for video projects
  • Assist in creating eye-catching visuals to complement video content
  1. Performance Monitoring & Improvement
  • Analyze video performance through analytics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor audience feedback and use it to improve future video content
  1. Future Scope – Live Streaming & Animation
  • Assist in live streaming events and webinars
  • Learn and grow in video animation and motion graphics
